New PlayMetrics Users
All new users must create an account through PlayMetrics in order to register.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Click Register and fill out the appropriate information. You will be asked to enter an email address and create a password.

VERIFY EMAIL ADDRESS
After verifying your email address, you will be prompted to complete your parent or Guardian Account.

COMPLETE PLAYER INFO
Complete player information for each child you plan to register.

SELECT PROGRAM
Based on player information provided, you will be shown a list of programs available to each player
General Information
- Register online before evaluations (See register button above).
- If you do not have a Playmetrics profile, sign up for a free one upon evaluation registration.
- Players must check-in 15 minutes before their scheduled evaluation.
- Players will receive instructions and get their individual evaluation number at check in.
- If a player has not completed online registration, it will need to be completed on-site before participating.
- Evaluations are open to all boys and girls ages 8-18.
Evaluation Process
- All players attending evaluations will be evaluated by Yellowhammer FC staff members.
- Format will consist of evaluation in technical activities and small-sided games.
Team Formation
- Our staff and directors meet after each evaluation session to review evaluation results and discuss placement.
Evaluation Follow-up
- Yellowhammer takes great care in communicating to all players participating in our evaluations. Emails will be sent to all players within 48 hours of the age group's last evaluation date.
- Rosters and Coaching assignments will be sent out upon conclusion of team formation.
